8/17 Flagstaff Police responded to a parking lot, in the 200-block of West Aspen Avenue Saturday morning, on a report of a person not breathing. Officials say they arrived to find 21-year-old Jimmy Wu of Goodyear deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. The investigation continues.
