Cottonwood Police Officers arrested a 61-year-old Lake Havasu City man wanted on multiple felony child-related crimes in Utah after conducting a traffic stop on his vehicle.
On February 12, 2025, Cottonwood Police were alerted to a vehicle associated with a suspect wanted in Utah. The vehicle, a 2011 Dodge Ram, had been spotted driving in the area shortly before officers were dispatched to locate it.
Officers quickly located the vehicle traveling on Mingus Avenue toward State Route 89A and initiated a traffic stop. The driver and sole occupant, Robbin Ray Terrell, was confirmed to have an active felony warrant issued by the Weber County Attorney’s Office in Utah. Terrell was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office Detention Facility in Camp Verde, where he remains pending extradition to Utah.
Terrell faces one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and 20 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, all felony charges. The warrant carries no bond and includes nationwide extradition.
