10/8 Mountain Line is celebrating 25-years of service in Flagstaff with a rider appreciation event next Tuesday. All rides will be free for the day. Mountain Line started out as Pine Country Transit in 1983 and became Mountain Line in 2001. The transit system started with 6-buses and 190-thousand riders a year; today they run 30-hybrid-electric and battery electric busses and ridership has topped 2-million per year.
