8/13 DPS recently stopped a female driver, on Highway-89, north of Flagstaff, for going 110-mph in a 65-mph zone. Once stopped, the woman claimed she didn’t know how fast she was going because she was so focused on the car’s tire pressure screen. The trooper then discovered the woman had a nationwide federal warrant for a probation violation involving dangerous drugs for her arrest. She was arrested on the warrant as well as for criminal speeding and reckless driving.
