9/7 Flagstaff Police are investigating the drowning death of 21-year-old Nathan Stands Jr. Officials say Thursday night they responded to Francis Short Pond where the Flagstaff man was found unresponsive in the water. He was pronounced dead at Flagstaff Medical Center. The investigation into his death continues. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
