Double Homicide being Investigated off Highway-87 between Mesa and Payson

5/29 The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a double homicide. Officials say early Tuesday morning they received a call for service at a location off Highway-87, between Mesa and Payson. Deputies found the victim’s deceased at the scene. The victims are identified as 18-year-old Pandora Kjolsrud and a 17-year-old. Further details will be released when they become available.
