2/17 Last week, Cottonwood Police arrested a 61-year-old Lake Havasu City man wanted on multiple felony child-related crimes in Utah. Officers were notified that Robbin Terrell was spotted driving in Cottonwood and he was stopped on Mingus Avenue. The warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody without incident. He was taken to the Yavapai County Jail and is awaiting extradition. He faces 1-count of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and 20-counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor in Utah.
