10/14 The Chino Valley Town Clerk’s Office is trying to explain why some residents, with a Chino Valley address, aren’t seeing Proposition-410 on their early voter ballot. Officials say Prop-410 is a Town of Chino Valley ballot measure and only appear on ballots for registered voters who live within the incorporated Town limits. While some addresses have a Chino Valley mailing address or ZIP code, the homes are not within town limits. Prop-410 relates to the construction of an airstrip.
