3/12 Monday morning, Prescott Police received information that 31-year-old Gabriel Vannett of Chino Valley had been knowingly messaging a female juvenile, through a texting app, and had sent the victim explicit images of himself while soliciting for the victim to meet with him. With the help of Chino Valley Police, Vannett was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Luring of a Minor for Sexual Exploitation.
