9/30 Health Departments are letting the public know that changes are coming to the Health Care Cost Containment System, the official public health insurance program for Arizona, starting January 1-st. Officials say some adults, ages 19-to-64, will need to show they’re working, going to school, volunteering, or that they qualify for an exemption. The public is reminded to make sure your phone, email, and address are up to date with AHCCCS so you get messages. The agency will notify you if the requirements apply to you.
