3/31 Sedona is taking arguments for or against Proposition-403. The deadline to comment is April 15-th. The city says Save the Sedona Committee filed an initiative designating the 40-acre City-owned property near the Cultural Park Trailhead as a Parks and Recreation facility open to the public, prohibiting residential use, and requiring the City to maintain its flora, fauna, geological features, and its structural improvements. Prop-403 will be decided by voters during the July 21-st election. Each argument shall be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of $250. Submissions may be emailed to CityClerksDept@SedonaAZ.gov
