11/5 YCSO lifted the remaining evacuation orders last night. All areas that had been under evacuation status are now open again. Officials say affected neighborhoods will reopen to residents and emergency services only at this time. Flooding may have affected infrastructure and utility systems throughout the area so residents should be prepared for possible disruptions to electricity, water, and other services when returning home.
