11/3 The Camp Verde Marshal’s Office advises the public that Montezuma Castle Highway will remain closed until further notice from Hauser Farms to Camp Lincoln Road. MONTEZUMA CASTLE HIGHWAY INFRASTRUCTURE IS COMPROMISED and IMPASSABLE.
This closure is necessary to maintain public safety and allow emergency operations to continue.
Access to temporary shelters from Interstate 17 will remain available.
Please avoid the closed area, obey all barricades and traffic control signage, and seek alternate routes when traveling.
We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as emergency personnel continue responding to the ongoing situation.
