11/3 The National Weather Service is tracking another atmospheric river, which is what led to the massive flooding in Arizona this weekend. Forecasters say this one will impact the west coast November 10-th through the 16-th, with Washington, Oregon and Northern California receiving the brunt of the precipitation. There’s a slight risk, 20-to-40% chance, the system will impact southern California, Arizona and western New Mexico. Heavy snowfall will be possible in the higher elevations of the Washington Cascades, Klamath Mountains and Sierra Nevada.
