10/14 Grand Canyon officials say they’ve been forced to close down a portion of Bright Angel Trail. The trail is currently closed from Mile-and-a-Half Rest House to Havasupai Gardens due to a rockfall that covered a portion of the trail. Crews expect to have the trail open again by this weekend, unless they run into issues.
