9/28 Navajo Police say they identified a man who was struck and killed by a train in Flagstaff, nearly 40-years ago. Officials say 32year-old Timothy Lee Benally was identified through advanced DNA. Benally was struck and killed by the train on October 20-th, 1989. Benally was originally from Rough Rock, Arizona and a U.S. Navy Veteran.
