9/4 Prescott Police were involved in 3-pursuits with the same driver early Thursday morning. Officials say an officer attempted to stop 25-year-old Cheyenne Kincheenie as he pulled away from a bar on East Gurley Street. The Chandler man sped away from the officer, who called off the pursuit, but continued to search for the vehicle. Officers located him two more times, but each time he drove away at a high rate of speed and the pursuits were ended. Kincheenie was caught when he ran into a construction vehicle at the intersection of Highway-69 and Gateway Boulevard. His vehicle rolled, ejecting him and pinning him beneath it. Kincheenie was taken to the hospital where he’s in stable condition. Charges are pending the completion of the investigation.
