8/26 This past weekend was busy for all branches of YCSO’s Search and Rescue as they responded to 5-calls for help. Two mountain bikers became lost near Arie Trailhead with one rider suffering from a heat-induced illness. They were cooled down and escorted out of the area. Search and Rescue also responded to calls for help in the Devil’s Bridge area, but found no one. They also responded to a call of an overdue hunter near Lower Wolf Creek, an ATV rollover crash in the same area and helped a family who broke down in a remote area near Mayer. No major injuries were reported in any of the incidents.
