8/12 Yavapai County Superior Court says Judge Joseph Goldstein is retiring October 31-st after 15-years on the bench. In 2011 he was appointed the Family Law Commissioner and Judge Pro Temp for Yavapai County. The court is now taking applications from anyone interested in filling the position. Applications are due by September 1-st.
