7/20 DPS made a sizeable drug bust during a recent traffic stop on I-17 in Yavapai County, involving a semi. A search of the cab revealed 7.5-pounds of fentanyl powder and a 9mm handgun. The driver was booked into the Yavapai County Jail on charges including possession and transportation of a narcotic drug for sale, and possession of a weapon during a drug offense. A name was not released.
