7/14 Prescott Police say a man wanted in Tucson for sexual conduct with a minor, was recently arrested in Prescott. Officials say 66-year-old John Sperry was arrested without incident by Prescott Police officers and the US Marshals Service. Sperry was wanted on charges for crimes that allegedly occurred in 2004. The victim was a minor at the time and a foster child of Sperry’s. He was booked into the Yavapai County Jail and is awaiting extradition back to Tucson.
