7/09 Page Police responded to Walmart Tuesday on a report of a man who was trying to start fights with other patrons in the store. When officers arrived, the suspect had fled the area. A short time later another caller reported the suspect was at a nearby carwash threatening patrons with a knife. Officers located the suspect, but he ran. A tazer was deployed to subdue the subject who was then taken into custody. The knife was recovered. The man, whose name was not released, was booked into the Coconino County Jail for felony disorderly conduct with a weapon and threatening.
