7/07 Camp Verde Marshals Office K9 Chopper made a sizeable drug bust back on June 25-th. Early that morning, a deputy stopped the suspects on I-17 for speeding. K9 Chopper alerted to the vehicle at which time 44-grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded 9-mm handgun were found in the driver’s backpack. The driver, Floyd Anthony Lee, and his passenger, Sarah Marie Gold, were arrested on felony drug and weapons charges.
