6/25 Tonto National Forest says forward progress was stopped on the Round Valley Fire Wednesday afternoon. The fire was located along Highway-87, north of Fountain Hills. The fire was caused by an RV that had caught fire along the highway and then exploded. The blaze burned an estimated 30-acres. Highway-87 was reopened after being closed for a few hours due to the fire.
