6/15 YCSO says they arrested a Level-3 Sex Offender last Thursday who allegedly exposed himself to several juveniles at Goldwater Lake. 82-year-old William Lewis exposed himself to the kids as they were paddleboarding along the shoreline. Lewis was jailed on 6-counts each of Indecent Exposure, Public Sexual Indecency, and Disorderly Conduct.
