5/19 Yavapai County Attorney Dennis McGrane says a jury recently found 45-year-old Robert Luft, of Prescott Valley, guilty of Possession or Use of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Aggravated DUI with a Passenger Under 15, and Child Abuse. Luft was arrested by YCSO in August, 2024 during a traffic stop on Highway-69 near Dewey-Humboldt. A 12-year-old was in the vehicle with Luft whose blood later tested positive for methamphetamine. Meth was also found in his pocket. He’s scheduled for sentencing on June 30-th.
