5/19 The mother of the baby found deceased in a hotel room in Flagstaff Sunday, was arrested by Flagstaff Police. Officials say 31-year-old Ochra Manakaja, of Flagstaff is charged with first degree homicide, child abuse and concealment of a dead body in the death of her 7-month-old child. Police responded to the hotel on a report of a possible deceased infant. They found the deceased child along with two other children, ages 9-and-7; both were reportedly in good condition. The Coconino County Medical Examiner is determining cause of death. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the Flagstaff Police Department.
