5/14 Central Arizona Fire and Medical completed their investigation into a house fire on May 2-nd, on 4-th Street in Prescott Valley. Officials say they arrived to find a 2-story home with flames showing through the roof. The fire was quickly doused. The cause of the fire was determined to be an accident and started in one of the fireplaces in the house. No injuries were reported.
