5/07 Wednesday, the Yavapai County Superior Court ruled against the city of Sedona in the lawsuit, City of Sedona versus Save Sedona Committee, concerning the proposed Cultural Park Preservation Act initiative. The council is scheduled to discuss the ruling during an executive session next Tuesday at 3, in Council Chambers. The meeting will not be open to the public. The city is taking written arguments for or against the initiative.
