4/01 ADOT will begin work next week to improve a 14-mile stretch of Highway-160 in the Tuba City area. Work in locations with more than one lane in each direction in Tuba City is scheduled from 9-to-4, Mondays through Thursdays and Fridays until noon. Where the highway is only 1-lane in each direction, east of Tuba City, a pilot vehicle will be used to move drivers through the work zone. In these areas, crews will work from 5-am to 6-pm, Mondays through Thursdays and until noon on Fridays. The entire project should be finished by this Fall.
