3/13 Yavapai County will hold a community cleanup in Mayer in April. County residents can dump free of charge at the Mayer Yard on April 10-th through the 12-th and again from the 17-th through the 19-th, from 8-am to 4-pm each day. Accepted items include appliances, bagged trash, tires and yard trimmings. The county hopes Mayer residents will take this opportunity to create defensible space around their homes in preparation for wildfire season.
