3/25 A woman wanted in connection with a December 7-th crash, that killed 3-people, and left 4-children between the ages of 5-and-16 with serious injuries, was captured in Utah. DPS says 48-year-old Amy Mickelson was DUI at the time she crossed the centerline and crashed into the other vehicle head-on. The crash occurred on Highway-93 in Congress. After the crash, Mickelson fled to Utah, where she’s been living. US Marshals helped DPS locate Mickelson and take her into custody on March 19-th. She’s now awaiting extradition to Yavapai County. Her charges include 3-counts of 2-nd degree murder, 7-counts of aggravated assault, 2-counts of felony endangerment and DUI.
