3/24 Coconino National Forest modified their plans for prescribed burns this week. Crews may burn just over 1,400-acres, 13-miles southwest of Flagstaff, starting Thursday. They also have 2,300-acres near Mormon Lake they would like to burn this Friday through next Tuesday. Crews may also start the 700-acre Blue Ridge burn, northeast of Clint’s Well, Thursday through Saturday. The burns will only happen if the weather allows for it.
