3/12 Prescott Valley Police was involved in a pursuit with a man driving a stolen vehicle. Officials say they were notified of a stolen vehicle on Sunday and learned the suspect they were looking for was Jesse Paylor. Monday, police received alerts from the Flock Automated License Plate Reader. Paylor was located in the stolen vehicle, but failed to stop. A pursuit ensued and ended when Paylor lost control of the vehicle near Highway-89A and Prescott Ridge Road. Inside the vehicle officers located several guns, drugs and drug paraphernalia. Paylor was checked out at the hospital and then booked into jail on several felony charges.
