2/17 Larger planes will be flying in and out of Flagstaff Airport, starting May 21-st. The city says American Airlines will upgrade the plane they use to fly from Flagstaff to Dallas Fort Worth, Texas. The Airbus A319 will be able to hold twice as many people and will be the first time a mainline aircraft will serve Flagstaff. The larger plane will be used during peak travel demand, which is typically from May through October.
