2/17 Day-13 of Yavapai Silent Witnesses’ Catch-22 program was captured in Texas. Friday, 49-year-old James Nickerson was arrested and is awaiting extradition back to Yavapai County. Nickerson was arrested by Prescott Valley Police on 5-counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and 1-count of tampering with evidence. He bonded out of jail and failed to appear in court last October at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest.
