1/21 Round Valley Police, identified the man shot and killed by officers at their police station in Springerville January 14-th as 39-year-old Brandon Ulibarri of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Ulibarri struggled with officers at the station after he was taken into custody. At some point during the struggle, Ulibarri pulled out a gun and fired at officers. Officers returned fire, killing Ulibarri. No officers were injured. It’s not clear why Ulibarri was initially arrested.
