1/14 According to the Navajo Times, 67-year-old Stanley Begay Jr. entered a plea of not guilty during his initial appearance in court Tuesday. Begay is charged with Vehicular Homicide as a result of a crash in December that left a 3-year-old boy dead and several others injured. The crash occurred as the Kayenta Christmas Parade of Lights was about to begin. The Kayenta man was then turned over to Federal custody. The FBI is now gathering all evidence in the case and ask anyone that witnessed the incident to contact them with their information.
