1/13 YCSO responded to a report of a vehicle that had slipped off a forest road near Crown King Saturday evening. A deputy and a Search and Rescue member drove to the remote location via OHV and made contact with a man and his 2-dogs, who were unhurt. The man told the deputy he was planning on camping in the area and had already set up his tent. The man also had plenty of food and water. When the man was offered a ride out of the area, he refused and stated friends would help him later.
