1/12 Flagstaff launched their Accessory Dwelling Unit or ADU Model Plans Library, which includes 10 pre-approved ADU plans. ADU’s, are small backyard homes with the goal of providing additional housing within the city. The smaller homes should come with lower rent and monthly utility bills. Those interested in building an ADU, can contact the designer and purchase access to the full plans. Residents can then work with the designer to draft a site plan and proceed through the City’s building permit review and approval process.
