12/30 YCSO says 55-year-old Aaron Salazar of Phoenix was recently arrested on charges of Luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation. Officials say their investigation showed Salazar, a registered sex offender, was having inappropriate communications with a 14-year-old girl on a social media site. Eventually the conversation switched to text messages. Salazar was located in Phoenix and arrested without incident.
