12/30 Sedona Fire crews had a busier than normal day Monday. Officials say they responded to several serious incidents in the area. Crews responded to a vehicle-versus-pedestrian crash in West Sedona, a UTV rollover on Forest Road-525 that resulted in the patient being airlifted to a Phoenix-area hospital for care, and a head-on collision on Highway-179 that caused a large traffic backup in the city. Firefighters then responded to a house fire in West Sedona that was quickly doused and caused minor damage to the home.
