12/19 YCSO Search and Rescue and Prescott Fire responded to a call Tuesday night of a teenager that had fallen off a ledge and was now stuck on a cliff near Iron King Trail in the Granite Dells area. It was also reported the teen had suffered serious injuries in the fall. Officials say the hiker was found about a half-mile off the main trail and a technical rope rescue was required to reach the hiker. The patient was initially treated and then transported to the hospital for further treatment.
