12/1 The Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a site visit as part of their meetings Tuesday. At 9-am the commission is expected to see the site of the proposed Goodrow Housing at 60-Goodrow Lane. The group has asked for a zone change to build 51-multi-family units. The property is nearly 3-acres in size and calls for 20-units per acre. The Commissions regular meeting starts at 4:30.
