1/30 The Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests are investigating the killing of 9-horses on the Black Mesa Ranger District. Officials say the investigation determined all 9-animals had been shot. A $5-thousand reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of those responsible for the killings.
