6/11 The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office seized just over 4-pounds of heroin during a traffic stop on I-40 near Winslow. The arresting deputy found the drugs hidden in one of the seats of the vehicle. The drugs are valued at over $158-thousand. The driver, 52-year-old Tito Garcia Hernandez of Mexico, was arrested and booked into the Navajo County Jail on charges related to the transportation of narcotics.
