10/08 Page Police continue their crackdown on unlicensed vehicles and drivers on city streets. A traffic stop Tuesday resulted in the operator of an ATV getting arrested and his vehicle getting impounded for 20-days after he was stopped for traveling in excess of 50-mph in a residential area. If an adult allows an unlicensed minor to operate an ATV on city streets, they also can be cited criminally and the vehicle will be impounded.
