Join Sharon Sherman at the Cottonwood Public Library for a series of three free classes aimed at helping novice computer users learn more about getting the most out of their Windows Computer. If you have a personal computer running a Windows operating system (either an all-in-one, desktop, or notebook) and would like to learn more about how to effectively use more capabilities of your machine, join us for a series of classes covering a range of topics. Each class is primarily a lecture and independent of the others, but they will also work well together if you can attend all three.  You are welcome to bring your computer to follow along using the Library’s free wireless, but laptops are not required.

Learn about backing up and restoring your computer on Thursday, February 14. Pick up some helpful information about working with your Windows operating system in the next class on Thursday, February 21. Various apps and software will be the focus for the last class on Thursday, February 28. All three classes will be held in the Dede Ewald Room from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Registration is required, please call 928-340-2785 to sign up for the individual classes as desired, or all three.
