    A call for Homemade Cloth Face Mask
    Second Mesa Day School is calling out for 900 Homemade Cloth
    Mask. Eight-teen individuals from all Hopi villages will be selected to
    provide 50 homemade cloth masks for children ages 5 to 12 ( K – 6th
    grade ).
    Mask Requirements:
    ● 2-3 layer masks, general quilting material
    ● Hepa material preferred for inside lining
    ● Ribbon ties to fit over the head
    Scope of Work:
    ❖ Each individual will prepare 50 cloth masks for children
    ● Age 5-12 ( 25 female and 25 male )
    ❖ Cloth masks should fully cover the nose and mouth.
    ❖ Cloth masks should include elastic tie or ribbon to secure the mask
    ● Preferably over the head
    ❖ Cloth masks should not reach or affect the eye area.
    ❖ Cloth masks must be delivered in a sealed plastic bag.
    Sewing Materials will be provided. Left over material will need to be returned
    along with completed masks.
    To be considered, submit your proposal by:
    Friday, July 17, 2020 by 5:00 p.m.
    Please submit a proposal, in the form of a letter of interest to provide 50 completed
    masks to be delivered by August 14, 2020 by 12:00 p.m. MST to Second Mesa Day

    Proposal Submissions: Must include your full name, village affiliation, direct email and

    Review & Selection will be made on July 20, 2020. Notification will be made by
    July 21, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. Notification will be sent by email or phone provided.
