Diabetes Prevention Program Information Sessions

    The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension offers the National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) across the state. The DPP is a 12-month lifestyle change program shown to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. We can help you lose weight, become more physically active, and reduce stress. With our Diabetes Prevention Program, you get:
    • A proven program to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes
    • A CDC-approved curriculum and trained lifestyle coach
    • Support from others like you as you learn new skills.

    Join one the following information sessions via Zoom to learn more about the program and to find out if you are eligible. Please note that you only have to attend one of the offered sessions.
    January 7th from 12-1:00pm or January 12th from 12-1:00pm
    January 13th from 2-3:00pm or January 14th from 12-1:00pm
